Charlene Merkens is a local artist here in Oceanside, California.

She has been creating her artwork since she was five years old. In high school, 17 years of age, she received a full-ride scholarship to a prestigious art college program in San Francisco.

She has continued to grow her art collections within various mediums, graphite, watercolor and acrylic paints, and sculpture.

She loves creating new paintings and sculptures!

Her desire is to share her creations with the world.
